The double room with the terrace was nice and had an old charm, and the breakfast included a variety of croissants, fresh bread, and cheese.

Clean, family-friendly hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed air-conditioned rooms and excellent staff. The location was magnificent and amazing for walking around a wide canal. And the area was pretty quiet, just next door to San Marco square, stops for the vaporetta, and several restaurants to choose from. The breakfast was savoury and delicious, the check in was simple. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was provided. Everything was really good, I recommend👍

The rooms with AC were really helpful, and the staff was especially friendly and always available; also, the place is in the best possible location near the vaporetto stop.

Mind-blowing location in a quiet area, super close to vaporetto stops and amazing hangout spots. The place was jaw-droppingly clean and full of character, with a fabulous staff and fantastic breakfast. Our triple room with canal view was so spacious and the air conditioning was perfect. We felt at ease with the 24-hour security and enjoyed amenities like the flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and free Wi-Fi. The fact that they provided cots and had a strict no-pets and no-smoking policy was an added bonus. We were able to easily explore the city, making it to Piazza San Marco in just a 20-minute walk. our stay was simply incredible.

The staff here were fantastic, the room I stayed in was quiet, had air conditioning, and offered a beautiful view, and the location was peaceful by a quiet canal.

For the price we paid, we got amazing value. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The hotel's location was perfect - close to the main shopping street but quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff, especially Davide, were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
